Apiarists' Coalition | Minneapolis

With honey bee populations falling, the Apiarists’ Coalition sparks residents of the urban Twin Cities area to take action in the processes of beekeeping and sustainable plant growth. This goal is reached through emphasis on the importance of pesticide-free plants by the distribution of flowering plants to the facades of forms with high surface area to volume ratios, individual participation and hands on experience in beekeeping processes, and provision of resources for residents to start their own apiary or garden, joining the movement to rebuild honey bee populations.
