Dutch Bros Building Conversion Program

I have worked alongside Jonathan Dunn and Tyler Miller at Woodblock Architecture in addition to the Dutch Bros design team to create, test, and utilize a process for converting existing buildings into Dutch Bros coffee shops. Dutch Bros is a rapidly growing company and to keep up with this expansion, there is opportunity to utilize existing buildings and convert them into Dutch Bros coffee shops. We have helped develop the process for the real estate team to bring up potential projects, putting together an Architectural Real Estate Committee package for shareholders, and moving into construction documents once approved by the various parties within the Dutch Bros corporate structure. This package includes plans, equipment plans, elevations, renderings, and an architectural scoping narrative to highlight potential cost factors for the project.
