So much of our lives take place on a perfectly flat screen. The objects and tools used daily are void of imperfection. Too smooth, too square. From this, the idea for the Strike-A-Light Light was formed as a critique of the monotony of touch we subject our hands to on a daily basis. My hands are bored of the screen. Give me something that clicks, something that feels good to touch, something that feels human.
